My Approach
My Story
I came to know myself when my life started falling apart. I lost my stable 9-5 job, was in therapy twice a week, and overall stressed. My guides were showing me what I needed to let go of and to rediscover my true essence. It took months of learning meditation, reiki, and shadow work journaling. Then my gifts were awakened! I feel called to help others rediscover themselves, to awaken their own gifts and provide loving support.
I find that discovering yourself can feel overwhelming and confusing. I want to support you on your journey by giving you some soft energy to lean into for guidance. Trusting yourself and your guides will show you the clarity that already lives within your soul.
